What does the button marked with the handicapped icon do? And the repeat button? And the numbers below each of the buttons? And the unused buttons? What a mess.

When you need to have a "Start here" THAT big - it means that there is something fundamentally wrong with the interface design ...

Maybe the wheelchair button lowers the height of the display?
