I love the fact that someone went to the effort of getting a professional sign made up instead of fixing the real issue.

I'd like to think there's a third part to the sign on the right hand side... " If stil no answer punch this wall below "

I reckon the second button does nothing - it just makes the user feel like the system is handling the problem with the first button. It's all about making the user feel loved :-)
