I tend to dissagree. There are steps that must be taken outside this interface which must be completed for the ticket process to work. That is, you must get your luggage before paying, you have only 20 minutes to leave after paying. Seasoned travellers may take this for granted but its not uncommon to see a large group of people highly excited (e.g. reunited families), and more focused on each other than the dependent processes needed for the payment interaction.
I especially like the fact that the ticket and card go in the same slot, and that you get your card back first.
I like to flow of the large green box. However I would question why there are 3 buttons for two options [receipt] & [cancel]
